We live in a world where I believe our privacy and (virtual) identity has become something to cherish more and more.
As somebody that works in an area where privacy is a hot item, when it comes to data gathering, analysation, etc, I try to make the right moral decision first, before looking at the business end of things.
With that said: on this page you will find how this website handles the little information that is being gathered, and what your rights are, according to European Law (GDPR).

We do use a couple of cookies to make this website faster, be able to remember and store a chat we had with you, and gather anonymous data so we now how many people visit our website. We only do this, because we think it will make your stay at our website better and more enjoyable.
So which cookies do we use?

This is a Tidio-chat cookie. TidioChat is fully compliant to GDPR law and regislation.
It is only installed when you start a chat with us. Why? Because now when you return to out website, we can pick up the chat where you left it and you are able to read trough the chat yourself.

This is a Google Analytics cookie. It is installed because we use the Google Analytics service, so we can get insights on how are website is being used by, well, you for example and it shows us how to improve our website.
Note: all the information that is gathered is done anonymous.

Again, this is used by Google Analytics. This cookie does not store any user information, it’s just used to limit the number of requests that have to be made to doubleclick.net. So our website won’t slow down because of Google Analytics. And nobody likes a slow website, right?

And the last one, used for Google Analytics. This one is to distinguish users. Again, anonymous.

Well, this is a rather funny, almost a Droste-effect one. This cookie is installed, to remember what cookie preferences you have set, so we can remember it, when you revisit our website 🙂

The only personal data we store, is when you had a chat with us. We use the awesome TidioChat app for this and all data is stored with them. TidioChat is 100% GDPR compliant. We can however, send you a transcript of this chat if you would like, or delete the whole chat all together.
